Mahogany Fitness: Just Do It

So it's a brand new month and new goals are being implemented. Yes...new goals are being implemented because many of us screwed up January and February soo naturally March is our new Day 1.

Whatever your goals are, relax...YOU ARE NOT ALONE! We all have struggles.

With that said, getting started is the easy part. Keeping it up is the most difficult part. Some days it's easier to maintain your weight rather than to take it off. But who said it was going to be easy? I'm sure when we watch other fitness peeps we think it is.

But the joke is on us this time.

Should you join a gym or work out from home? Do both. Just keep your body moving! It's that simple. Don't overthink it.

Should you get a trainer? Hmmm it depends...how many workout DVDs have you purchased over the years? You had plenty of trainers camping out in your house. If you are watching your funds, then you better dust off those DVDs and get that body moving.

Remember...water IS your friend. I know many people that don't like to drink it but hey, get over it! Your body needs it.

This month of March let's try and set some goals: Workout or Move that body at least 1 hour a day. There are 24 hours in a day. Make it happen....no excuses!

Challenge this month: Master the art of Planking!

I despise planks but I decided that I am going to master them. Everyday I challenge everyone to join me and let's plank it out. Do what you can and then when the body starts to shake...just keep going. Let's not give up on ourselves.

Next month we can discuss how we did.
