So in this episode, a past love of Shelby’s is in need of protection as his life is in danger due to him having to testify in court along with Shelby.
So the episode opens with an assassination attempt on Shelby’s life.
None of this matters because we learn that Shelby was in love with another man prior to Ryan. Ryan gets upset for whatever reason because we know he still loves Alex. At the end of all this, Shelby’s former love dies. I was hoping for more depth in this episode but knowing that there are only 4 more episodes, I’m not sure how this love triangle will be resolved. I’m not sold on Alex and the Italian man.
