Getting Started....Again

Here we go again...yes...again. We tell ourselves that every time. So What! Who cares? Just get up and do what you have to do to get the body you want and deserve. It's hard and I even have to admit it. We look at magazines of all these insanely good looking people and wish we could look like them but we don't look like them. We will never look like them because we are all different. Our bodies are different and respond differently. I hope you enjoy this monthly fitness series in hopes to get you inspired and ready for a new you without the looks of insanely beautiful bodies. Yes, I said that.

In this series, I will feature everyday regular people that you can actually relate to. This is just the premier. There is more to come. We can do this together. Who's with me? Guess what, I make excuses all day and every day. I have a gym membership (well I have two). One is down the street from my house and I've only been there five times in two years. (Don't judge)

The other one was a poor mistake I made and am not utilizing that membership. We will discuss that at a later time. Please join me. Follow this blog and let's get going together. I will support you and you can support me. It's hard to get fit but the toughest part is just getting started. So let's get started.

There is no need to discuss eating habits right now. Let's just focus on moving. Open your calendars and block off 30 minutes. You can go for a walk and enjoy the beautiful winter weather, go for a jog (if you are into that), if you have a gym membership, go to that gym and get on a bike, elliptical, stair master for 30 minutes. Let's make a pact to at least get in 30 minutes a day.

Comment and let me know how it goes. We can keep each other informed. 30 minutes a day can change a lot.

Are you up for it? You better be because we aren't going to give up on our lives.

Besides the 30 minutes a day (which includes weekends because we are not taking days off); we are going to drink....water! Yes. We need water and this is the best time to get it in our systems.

So the challenge...30 minute daily workouts and drink water!

Put down the soda and any other sugary liquids.

Need help breaking the coffee habit. Try fizz sticks from Arbonne.
