Okay so I'm late. I don't have Bounce TV but thank goodness for Hulu. Hulu is airing the entire series of Saints & Sinners and I'm hooked. This show is a mixture of the good versus the evil...and all the things that's not so holy going on in the church. Led by the incomparable Vanessa Bell Calloway...PAUSE

Let's just take a moment because she is a legend. Now I just need Hulu to air Stompin' At The Savoy and then my life will truly be made.

Un-pause...So with an ensemble cast the first season deals with the mystery surrounding the Pastor's untimely death aka murder. Of course we find out in the end who killed him but we have to go through all the sins of the family which includes lust, money, death, appropriation of funds, etc. It honestly was a lot to take in. I binged watched because I needed to know some things. I will say this, when my girl Demetria McKinney came across the screen and we found out (spoiler alert if you haven't seen it yet) she's married to the cheating choir director played by Keith Robinson...I fell out. Now let's be clear, these two on screen together gives us some good television. Their chemistry is absolutely amazing. So good casting call on this one.

Hulu got this one right and if you don't have Bounce then you better subscribe to Hulu and get your life together. Watch Saints & Sinners! You won't be disappointed. Shout out to the choir led by my girl Kelly Price. I have been a fan of hers for ever so having her on this show and listening to her voice is a gift.

You can't go wrong when you cast Clifton Powell. Now he is the resident bad boy and he plays it so well. I am enjoying his presence on scene. I thought he and Vanessa were gonna get it on at one point. I did...really did.

Up next, enter Gloria Reuben who plays the Mayor and when she came on I had a flashback of ER. Look, I loved that show and am glad to see her on screen again. We can't leave out Karlie Redd...girl is doing her thing being married to my forever crush J.D. Williams. Can we take a moment to reflect how handsome he is? I mean, he just makes me feel some type of way.

Keeping this rated G....The show is fire and I am ready to watch Season 2 courtesy of Hulu.

Let me know your thoughts.
